Early Intervention Centre
The early intervention programme at Tamana is a mother and child program which provides comprehensive services to 0-5 year olds who have an established risk, a development delay, autism or are considered to be
environmentally or biologically at risk. As the identification and intervention is done at a very early age, most of these children are being mainstreamed into regular schools. The child has to be accompanied by a parent, family member or caregiver. The caregiver is given training to conduct the activities of the centre at home.
