Gross motor skills development, increased concentration, inner calmness and strength is aimed at with the help of Yoga at Tamana. Sports are an integral part of the curriculum at Tamana as a part of the endeavour to provide access to all facilities and services which enable the rehabilitation and development of the differently abled student. With specialised coaches for popular sports like basketball, cricket, tennis among others at each centre, the students are able to not only learn the sports but also inculcate confidence, a sense of belonging, accomplishment, and camaraderie.
